China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co., Ltd (“CR3”) and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (“Sinosure”) Shanxi Branch entered into a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement on December 8 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. CR3 General Manager Hao Gang and Deputy General Manager Sun Yangjun attended the signing ceremony.

CR3 and Sinosure has reached a consensus, given the national “Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road” strategic background, that both parties share enormous cooperative opportunities, which will contribute to Chinese construction and finance industries, in investment & financing for overseas projects, risk prevention, technological exchange, sharing client resources and information, etc. It is crucial for both parties to establish and maintain stable strategic cooperative relationship as well as to establish a highly efficient platform for information exchange and business cooperation.
